Step 1 :
Once you start the Windows 10 PC, you would see an empty screen on the desktop. Kindly right click on to the empty screen and you would be presented a menu with a set of useful options. In the menu, you would see an option Personalize. Click on to that option.
Step 2 :
Windows 10 offers two separate Windows for a better User Interface. Once you click on to the Personalize option, a new Window will be appeared with some more options. You would see Themes option at the left side bar. Click on it and a new Window will be appeared at the right hand side with all the Themes option.
Step 3 :
Go to desktop icon settings from the same menu. You can see a few other options as well here. Make sure to select the desired one from the same page and you would be allowed to proceed further.
Step 4 :
