Our Help Desk specialists are available "On Demand" evenings and weekends to provide Virtual Onsite and Phone Support services on a fee-based per-incident basis. This paid service provides unmatched value and protection for your critical business operations.
If you need help after 7:00 p.m. EST or on weekends, simply call e-POSSolutions.com and leave a message and one of our specialists will return your call within 30 - 60 minutes. After Hours Support Terms & Conditions:
- Customer must call e-possolutions.com Help Desk after normal business hours and leave a message. A Help Desk representative will return the call within 30 - 60 minutes.
- After Hours Support is billed on a Per-incident basis. Each incident discussed is subject to a $99 fee. Support fee is entirely non-refundable.
- Per-incident calls may be subject to additional support fees; the Help Desk specialist will determine application of additional fees at the time of your call.
